Volinda Case is a Senior Paralegal with more than 23 years of experience in the legal field. She works exclusively in the immigration field and has experience preparing all types of nonimmigrant petitions for clients in a variety of industries, including finance, information technology, and healthcare. She further supports all phases of the permanent residence process, which consists of PERM labor certification, preparing all types of I-140 immigrant petitions, including employment-based second and third preference petitions, multinational executive/manager and Schedule A nurse immigrant petitions, and Permanent Residence or Adjust of Status. She assists attorneys daily in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment with the preparation, filing and monitoring of non-immigrant and immigrant matters.
